What are we talking about here?
It’s living an integrative (serving or intending to unify separate things) lifestyle in all areas of your life. We will be talking about how we maintain our body through exercise and what we eat. We will learn how we can take control of our thoughts instead of our thoughts controlling us. This is the area of our mind, which consists of our brain, our heart and our soul.
